Neowach x Haus Ceramics: A Collaboration Rooted in Vintage Love

Some collaborations happen because they make business sense. This one happened because of a shared obsession with objects that carry a story.

The Neowach x Haus Ceramics ashtray is the result of two Barcelona-based creatives coming together over a common language: a deep appreciation for vintage objects, bold design, and the kind of craftsmanship that resists the disposable.

Where It Started

Neowach has always been built around original art and independent design. Not mass production, not fast anything. When the connection with Haus Ceramics emerged, it felt like a natural extension of that vision. Two studios with a nostalgic way of seeing design, finding common ground in the aesthetics of the 1980s.

Haus Ceramics, based in Barcelona, works in glazed stoneware, producing handmade pieces that sit somewhere between functional object and sculptural piece. Their studio approach, slow, considered, hands-on, aligns directly with what Neowach stands for.

The Object

The ashtray is oval, with two grooves on the top to hold cigarettes. It takes its visual cues from bold 1980s design. Chunky, confident, unapologetically red. A vintage-inspired colour that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

Every piece is handmade individually in stoneware, painted and glazed by hand at the Haus Ceramics studio in Barcelona. That process means no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations in glaze, in finish, in the way the colour settles. These are not flaws. They are what make each object its own.

Limited and Made to Last

This is not a product designed to be replaced. It is a piece designed to sit on a table, age well, and mean something. Limited units, pre-order only, shipped from Barcelona within 15 days of purchase.

In a world of identical objects, this one is made by hand, one at a time, in a studio that cares about what it makes.

That is the only kind of collaboration Neowach is interested in.
